Brandon is a registered patent attorney whose practice focuses on patent infringement litigation. With extensive technical expertise in computers and software, he has successfully represented clients in over 100 patent infringement cases across the United States. Brandon has litigated complex patent disputes across a wide range of technology fields, including telecommunications, wired and wireless networking, computer hardware and software, and consumer electronics, consistently delivering favorable outcomes for his clients.

Brandon earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Texas Tech University and a J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law. While in school, he gained software engineering experience at a software company specializing in microcontroller programming and developed mobile applications, including several successful novelty apps available on major app stores.

As a litigator, Brandon has handled cases involving a variety of cutting-edge technologies, including 3G/4G/5G mobile networks, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi communications, network provisioning and QoS (Quality of Service), LED lighting, vehicle infotainment systems, voice recognition, WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup), WMM (Wi-Fi Multimedia), virtual reality, fax-to-email, camera modules, USB (Universal Serial Bus), network throttling, email encryption, electronic catalogs, interactive maps and navigation, computer monitor stands, diamond-like coatings (DLC), and transdermal drug delivery technologies. Brandon is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), a member of the State Bar of Texas, and admitted to practice in all United States District Courts of Texas, as well as the Federal Circuit.
