Jinming focuses his practice on intellectual property matters and litigation. He has represented clients in various technological areas, including unmanned aerial vehicles, machine learning, virtual reality, electronics, and medical devices. Jinming holds a degree in Chemistry from Boston College and received his law degree from George Mason University.

Jinming received a B.S. in chemistry from Boston College and his J.D. from George Mason University, Antonin Scalia School of Law in 2020, graduating magna cum laude. During law school, Jinming served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jimmie V. Reyna at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Prior to joining NBC, Jinming worked as an Associate at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, PLLC where he focused his practice on intellectual property counseling, prosecution, and litigation. During his time at Dunlap Bennet & Ludwig, PLLC, Jinming represented clients in patent, trademark, and copyright disputes in a variety of federal district courts. Jinming is a member of the Virginia State Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern Districts of Texas.
