Nelson Bumgardner Conroy is pleased to announce that Chris Granaghan has been promoted to partner at the firm.
Chris joined the firm in 2017 and quickly established himself as an invaluable member of the practice. Chris has been litigating complex patent cases as well as other civil litigations throughout his career and, since joining the firm, he has continued to develop his experience through both traditional litigation as well as through inter partes review proceedings at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to joining the firm, Chris practiced intellectual property law at Baker Botts LLP and Vinson & Elkins LLP and also clerked for the Honorable Priscilla R. Owen of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Chris’s experience has involved litigation in several federal district courts and at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He has successfully handled many patent cases, including several cases against Fortune 500 technology companies.
